On 10 September 2024 Donald Tusk liquidated democratic Poland, which is referred to in Article 1 of the Polish Constitution: "Rzeczpospolita Polska is simply a democratic legal state, fulfilling the principles of social justice". Donald Tusk, as Prime Minister of Poland, stated that “If we want to reconstruct constitutional order and the foundations of liberal democracy, we must act in terms of a fighting democracy. This means that we will most likely make mistakes more than erstwhile or we will take actions which, according to any legal authorities, may not full comply with the letter of the law, but nothing relieves us of our work to act."
Thus, the Prime Minister of Poland stated that Article 1 of the Constitution of the Republic of Poland no longer applies in the "categories of fighting democracy", especially as in accordance with Article 1 of the Constitution - It is the work of the legislator to legislate without prejudice to the fundamental principles set out in that provision and applicable in the State.
Donald Tusk turning the Republic of Poland into the Tuska State broke Article 151 of the Polish Constitution in connection with his oath: 'With the office of the Prime Minister, I solemnly curse that I will stay faithful to the provisions of the Constitution and another laws of the Republic of Poland, and the welfare of the Homeland and the welfare of citizens will always be the highest order for me'. Thus Donald Tusk himself deprived himself of the office of Prime Minister of the Republic of Poland.

Holovnia, as MP and talker of the Sejm, violated his oath: "I vow solemnly as an MP at the Sejm of the Republic of Poland honestly and conscientiously to execute duties towards the Nation, defender the sovereignty of the Homeland and the welfare of citizens, respect the legal order of the Republic of Poland" and Article 190 of the Constitution: which states that ‘The decisions of the Constitutional Court shall have universal force and shall be final’.

The Tuska State is simply a Leninist variant of the Lukashenko regime, where the only origin of law are the words of the leader of the organization and the state which the intimidated members and supporters of his junta accept the faith. Like MP Przemysław Witek and prof. (?) Zajał - lecturer in law at the University of Gdańsk(sic!): I'm on Donald Tusk's side about the countersignature. Although I cannot clearly justify it, and I know that legally this is simply a weak argument, I simply feel that this, given the full context of the case, requires decency.

But who was a supporter of the European Union before it was created, declaring: "Europeans are 1 household in the world. Therefore, the thought that in specified a limited "house" as Europe, maintaining different legal order and values for 1 community of residents, is simply a false idea?
