The referendum on election day is Kaczyński's thought to make his quotations better on election day. There is no and there was no request to spend a referendum on this. 
I appeal to all voters and opposition voters: do not take a referendum card! This is the only way we can make the referendum non-binding. Make it clear to the committee: “I refuse to take a referendum card. delight note this” and then See if you can find that annotation by your name. It's the only legal way!
