The condition of the Polish digging ball is better diplomatically omitted with silence, but with the digging itself it is appropriate to halt for a while. It is very uncommon for violent games with apparent fouls not to get revenge in political games. Especially Poles are delicate to specified behaviours and Any major organization found out. Paradoxically late political opponents have fouled PiS, which is now being kicked by fresh members of PKW.
At the end of the parliamentary campaign, the PiS attacked the Confederacy with a "Banasia tape", the effect was that the Confederate had little votes than expected, and the PiS played nothing on it, along the way losing a possible coalitionist. Today, the erstwhile ruling party's opponents experience their political satisfaction with vengeance, but it is mainly a "coalition on 13 December". The reason for this toxic joy is the withdrawal of the subsidy, after prior rejection by PKW of the accounts. This is done under conditions that violate the law and can be seen without going into the details of the case. While the uncovering of irregularities resulting from the spending of public funds on the organization run is inactive defending itself, the further conduct of PKW is criminal.
The provisions state explicitly that until the decisions of the PCW to reject the study have been approved, the parties should receive the subsidy on a quarterly basis. This has been highlighted by the president of the PCW, but this is only the first serious infringement. Adoption of a resolution to receive the PiS subsidy on the basis of an invalid decision to truncate organization grants for parliamentary elections in 2023 That's another lawlessness. However, the most far-reaching and even destructive legal order is the resolution that the PCW has taken on the home of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs. In this case, president Sylwester Marciniak explicitly stated that the content of this resolution, which was pursued by, among another things, patron Ryszard Kalisz, is an activity outside the law:
I will confess that I was a proponent of not taking that kind of position, due to the fact that it is not a resolution, it is not a ruling. The PCW is surely not entitled to take decisions in this area. We only operate within the law.
Many Poles have quite a few pretension to the Law and Justice, what is more, these are not unfounded claims, but the form in which the current power and institutions acting from its "restore the regulation of law" is completely indigestible. If, a fewer months before the presidential election, the largest opposition organization is denied the anticipation of financing the campaign, this is simply a very "big number", and specified numbers usually take revenge. In 2015, assurance and small elaborate mockery of Andrzej Duda's opponent took revenge on Bronisław Komorowski. Rafał Trzaskowski shows akin behaviour, possibly not so ostentatiously, but even present he maintains that he most likely wins in all variants.
When we put on the joy of the foul game played by PKW, we already have many large steps of pride before the fall. On the another hand, nothing mobilizes and improves morale like a common enemy or harm done. At the moment, PiS has both an argument at its disposal, yet it can number on the mobilisation of its own electorate and a more sympathetic view from the undecided. That's what it looks like now, but the most brutal foul on the red card will be not to admit the resolution House of Extraordinary Control and Public AffairsAnd there's quite a few evidence that this large gift of the Law and Justice can number on.
