The Polish Association of Independent Doctors and Scientists informed about the application made by Warsaw president Rafal Trzaskowski at the request of the Ombudsman. Both search to delegate an organization that during the "pandemic" of Covid-19 supported the treatment of patients – contrary to authoritative bans and blockades.
The association has published an extended message on its website describing the context and details of the scandalous case.
"President Rafał Trzaskowski, a liberal who values tolerance, freedom and ready for debate, a candidate for president of the Republic of Poland, intends to destruct the only independent medical organization in Poland whose members had and have the courage to tell the fact about the wellness situation and the dangers associated with the officially introduced solutions and therapies and the violation of the law" - says the release.
"Not being curious in technological arguments, opinions of Polish and planet authorities, many current technological publications, he did not propose a debate that we have been unsuccessfully seeking in medical environments since 2020. The only narration is the application for the dissolution of PSNLiN," the organisation's authorities add.
Candidates with the support of the Civic Coalition to the highest office in the country of politics accuse the association of "promoting anti-health attitudes, disseminating content relating to medical issues – incompatible with current medical cognition and applicable law in this area".
When submitting his application, Trzaskowski relied on the study of the Patient Rights Ombudsman Bartłomiej Chmiełowiec and the advice of the Ministry of Health.
PSNLiN recalls that Chmielowiec accused Dr. Włodzimierz Bodnar – the author of an effective protocol for the treatment of Covid-19 utilizing an amantadine known for years – of "infringinging the collective right of patients to treatment consistent with current medical knowledge". akin allegations were made by the spokesperson to another doctors. The association recalls that Chmieelowice was not disturbed by the criminal practice of many hospitals, which during the "pandemic" did not even take seriously sick patients under the pretext of a affirmative PCR test result.
"As the Association, we have repeatedly addressed the Ministry of wellness by pointing out the deficiency of technological basis and wellness risks related to procedures introduced during the pandemic – we have cited global scientists, many publications" - emphasized independent doctors. They indicate that the Ministry of wellness approved vaccination against C-19 for children despite ongoing clinical studies of the adult population. At the same time, the ministry accepted the establishment of 8 centres in Poland, conducting experimental studies to find the dose and safety of these preparations in children.
"We have talked about reports of adverse reactions, including myocardial infarction in the youngest - without success. We sought an open debate – unsuccessfully. Our opinions on vaccination against HPV have resulted in a request for professional misconduct being made to the Chief Medical Board,” says the statement.
"The Chief Medical Chamber (NIL) takes cognition as a uniform monolith in line with the imposed trend of pharmaceutical companies. Doctors or scientists, working for pharmaceutical companies, impose procedures on doctors. Just as the genotype of a man never repeats itself, so treating all man with the same procedure will aid 1 another, it will harm the other. Medicalians point to the constitutional warrant of freedom of expression and the acquisition and dissemination of information. Medicalians point out that the possible abolition of an organisation is contrary to the constitutional warrant of equality before the law and the prohibition of discrimination for any reason.
"The liquidation of an association that promotes certain views acceptable in another countries leads to an infringement of the above-mentioned provision of global law if it restricts the flow of information and ideas.
