The wellness situation is hard and we cannot make it worse, but we must strive for improvement. We request money to aid the floods and defend health. Therefore, the proposals made by Ryszard Petru and Poland 2050 are unacceptable to us – this is not a government project. No average finance minister will agree to a PLN 64 billion budget gap.
In the current situation, we do not see the anticipation of reducing the wellness contribution, especially erstwhile any hospitals do not receive funds from the NFZ for overexecution. However, I agree that the wellness contribution should not be charged on fixed assets, and I am pleased that the Minister of Finance @Domanski_Andrz has announced specified changes.
HEALTH CONTRIBUTION BY LEVEL
The Left wants to liquidate the wellness contribution and control to the budget system. The task doesn't change anything for the staff, they'll pay as much as today. Entrepreneurs will pay 9% of income, not income. The most money will come from large companies, due to the fact that we propose that 9% on the wellness pay companies under CIT. In practice, this means that large corporations will yet start contributing reasonably to our social interest.
Workers earning a minimum wage or an average wage cannot be more burdened with the request to finance wellness care from entrepreneurs on one-man business. It cannot be that a caregiver or teacher adds more to a common boiler than a programmer or lawyer who earns respective 1000 a month. This should not be the case and it will require any modifications.
Our proposal is over PLN 30 billion more for wellness protection all year!
