The fresh People's Front won the second circular of parliamentary elections in France, obtaining 182 seats in the National Assembly. Analysts inform that there are supporters of communism and pro-Russian politicians in the left-wing coalition.

President Emmanuel Macron's center camp won 168 seats and National Unity (formerly Marine Le Pen National Front) – 143. The most seats were given to the far left coalition – 182.

The turnout during the second election circular was 66.63 percent.

The results of the vote were commented on on the X portal by political analyst Marcin Palade. As he stressed, the winning left-wing NFP block consists of both "more moderate" groups, including socialists and environmentalists as well as extremists in communists and Melenchon's coalition leader himself.

As the analyst said, Melenchon is “a supporter of leaving NATO, the overthrow of the current EU structure, a friend of Putin Russia, a sympathizer of extremist Islam and a declared anti-Semite”.
