The head of Stellantis Johm Elkann's supervisory board warns that Europe next to the United States is becoming a "victim of its own regulations and customs policy". While the West is introducing increasingly restrictive regulations on emissions and electromobility, China has consistently supported the improvement of its industry: from battery production to subsidies for local producers. Effect? Chinese brands dominated the electrical car marketplace and increasingly boldly enter Western markets," said Elkan.
