The death punishment should come back

I just read the depressing news – 8-year-old Kamilka of Czestochowa died. He was beaten and watered with boiling water by his mother's partner. 35 days he fought bravely for his life. His dad was at the infirmary with him. Something horrible and inhuman.

I'll remind you of my passage from a fewer years ago. I have not changed my mind, I believe that the death punishment should return in cases of peculiarly drastic and unsuspecting doubt. I am not writing here about killing in passion or manslaughter – I am writing about the thoughtful and disgusting crimes of the most degenerate individuals. I'm not driven by this serious emotion.
A lot of my friends won't agree with me on this, any of them will most likely get upset, but I think we request to bring back what's right in justice. present it seems that the most painful punishments are felt by mediocre people downstairs. They are sentenced to further penalties for unpaid loans and another insignificant offences.

For many years I have observed in the media and in the attitude of the elite a large effort aimed at specified justification of the crime so that everyone would look in each of them for the tragedy of the victim and perpetrator. That shouldn't be allowed. Today, criminals have the right to execute death sentences.

The death punishment must be restored. In cases where crime belongs to the heaviest and there is no uncertainty about the guilt. The death punishment is simply a fair and widely felt punishment by the nation as a balancing punishment. Whoever murders others in a savage way should be convinced that he besides sentenced himself to death.

Punishment for a degenerate killer is not expected to be mild. She's expected to be fair. The righteous punishment for execution is death. We must not let in the name of any global formulas and spells the law to defend the torturer more than the victim.”

He does not accept as rational argument that a life conviction is enough. It gives impunity and the anticipation of further killing without crucial consequences – a prisoner, a guard, a doctor, a educator. Nor does he accept the argument about a possible mistake due to the fact that I compose about cases where we are absolutely certain. A degenerate thug needs to know that murdering children is as severe as possible.
