The Executive Authority may not review ultimate Court judgments or the Constitutional Court. Judges are to be independent. What is this independent judiciary that the Prime Minister decides by a resolution of the Council of Ministers which court operates and which court does not act, which is legal and which is illegal.
Earlier, the resolution was taken over by TVP. They took over the National Prosecutor's Office illegally. They're dismantling our country. It's lawlessness. This anarchy must be stopped.
It seems that the only way out of this situation is the Constitutional Reset. Election of fresh members of the Court and the ultimate Court by a constitutional majority. At this point, however, I see that there is no will on the part of the Civic Platform to address this crisis. They want to deepen it.
