Shlezak: I hatred this fake celebrity

There are days that I look forward to, and which, at the same time, have been an irritant for a twelve years, and unfortunately, sometimes they awaken an ugly feeling of contempt. I look forward to the May outbreak of spring.

These fewer free days give you an chance to get on the bike and go where green and colorfully everything blooms, from where the crazy scents of the forest (preferably after the rain), you can hear the captivating singing of birds and silence, due to the fact that there are no people. For actual silence, purifying head and soothing senses, is not that there are no sounds and images. This silence is that there are no sounds and images published and created by people and that there are no another people around. As in the “Desiderate” sung in the “Battle of the Lambs”, it is essential to avoid the loud and abusive, for they are the anguish of the spirit. Unfortunately, loud and abusive can be inevitable these days, and not only in politics.

Long cycling trips are besides a refuge from what is this anguish of spirit and an insult to the mind. So unfortunately, I'm picking up a full pump of celebrations of the May 3 Constitution. I've always hated any holiday-political celebrity. And it has already caused me contempt erstwhile it contrasted with the moral and intellectual misery of everyday political practice. The peculiar strength of these sensations appears during the regulation of the Law and Justice, due to the fact that these governments have besides led to the fact that the dissonance between the authoritative vacation and political celebration, and the moral and intellectual poorness of political everyday life, is absolutely gigantic. It disgusts me to hear the patriotic tromtadrations of president Andrzej Duda, who is simply a direct traitor to Polish national interests or a akin speaking pathological liar of the Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki. It humiliates me to participate in local celebrations where people talk in a akin way about which I know for certain that they lie and steal, and they most likely think that this talk builds their position, and possibly morale of listeners.

In the 1980s, as a student, I participated in an illegal celebration of a third-year holiday. There were times erstwhile you had to run distant from the ZOMO. It was humiliating, but at the time it was more than a belief that everyone who risked taking part in the celebrations, hoped for a free Poland, which was to be a large lie and did not fit in their head to bargain it. Well, it worked out fine. any sarcasm of past is that just in the conviction of a large part of the generation, which remembers times erstwhile the ZOMO launched third-year demonstrations, this present vacation is like an apogee of independent Poland.

When, as president of Stalowa Wola, I objected to the inclusion of sirens on the anniversary of the Warsaw Uprising, I said on tv that it was sick, that the greater the defeat, the more fete it is all year. Unfortunately, this must be repeated. It should be added that this manner is now going into something paranoid.

During the period of partitions and the Polish People's Republic, the celebration of anniversaries associated with prominent figures and crucial events, which the authoritative authorities did not allow, was to keep national identity and to mobilise for action to reconstruct independence. Today, at specified holidays, not a word about restoring independence. It's kind of understandable. Those who have ruled since 1989 are not so much about independence, but about rule. So the little independent Poland is, the more pushy it is to tell Poles otherwise. This talk is mainly made through specified a holiday-political celebrity. So the orchestra plays, the banners fly, they fuck on the pavement with the shoes of the honorary company, and the bleachers are poured out by waterfalls of patriotic empty-sword. How many of these delightfully flexible steps of the honorary company realizes the terrible state of the Polish army. How many of these pelicans who are officially taking speeches are aware of how bad the state is? How many Poles in general realize that Poland's independency is simply a sham and a blag today?

They say the devil's top success is convincing people that he's gone. I have a feeling that in Polish political life there is specified a devil. He's got spectacular successes, too. Since 1989, he has been dressing up in various organization colors and collecting cyrographs from different politicians. It is said that in these Cyrilographs it stands that the devil rules Poland, and that politicians are allowed to regulation Poland for full obedience. Yes, it is semantically nuanced, but in fact it is simply a fundamental difference to regulation Poland and regulation Poland. It is that the 1 who governs Poland rules the 1 who rules Poland. So the devil does not head if they bargain and destruct the state, so that the devil's strategical interests are carried out without murmuring. And for the slightest effort at insubordination, the devil threatens to exposure the cyrographs. His top success is that the vast majority of Poles believe that he is not there. Furthermore, the cyrographs which he holds warrant that it is not known how long during all holiday-political holiday, Poles will be assured that this is the case all the time.
