The Association of Entrepreneurs and Farmers “Swojak” one more time marked its presence at the very centre of the Polish legislative process.

The representatives of the association took part in the gathering of the Parliamentary Group for the Promotion of Entrepreneurship and economical Patriotism, led by Andrzej Gawron. The key subject was KSeF – National e-Faktur strategy – a tool that will shortly become mandatory for all entrepreneurs in Poland.

During the meeting, representatives of the Legislative Group “Swojaka”: president Luiza Piemlik, associate of the squad Łukasz Piechocki and remotely Jacek Lesniewski spoke. Representatives of the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of improvement and Technology and the Ministry of Digitisation were besides present.

Why is KSeF so emotional?

KSeF is simply a digital platform for issuing, receiving and archiving electronic invoices. It aims to facilitate the circulation of papers and increase fiscal control. In theory, a digital revolution that will organize the invoicing. In practice, there are serious concerns for SMEs.

They point out that many crucial issues stay unclear. The problem is, among others, the deficiency of unchangeable emergency mechanisms, illegible regulations, concerns about overloading the strategy and possible delays in issuing documents. For tiny and medium-sized companies, this means 1 thing: a real hazard of liquidity disruption.

The association calls for immediate clarification of the rules and adaptation of the pace of implementation of the KSeF to the everyday realities of micro-enterprises, farmers and household businesses.

As stressed by the representatives of “Swojak”:

We work where the law is created due to the fact that if we don't take care of our own interests, no 1 else will.
