We block another illegal eviction in Warsaw, at Tyniecka Street. 4 Members of the Left: Maciej Koniecny, Marcelina Zawisz, Agnieszka Dziemianowicz-Bąk and I, together with Piotr Ikonowicz, are calling for a stay of execution due to the fact that the issue of eviction is inactive pending!
You and your daughter were sold along with the flat by a husband suffering from alcohol sickness. Although in the divorce act the Lord received assurance from the court that they could occupy 1 of the rooms in the apartment, and the flat was acquired during the course of the matrimony (there was no property separation) the landlord of the apartment, Mr Masalski and the fresh owner request eviction of women. There's been a suit over the sale for 5 years. Nevertheless, the Court of First Instance did not consider this to be a basis for halting the eviction. It's a disgrace and a scandal, how the court works in this case!
