SPiR “Swajak” creates the Legislative Team. Louisiana Pepper at the head

The Management Board of the Association of Entrepreneurs and Farmers “Swajak” under its resolution established present the Legislative Affairs Team.

The squad is to analyse regulations affecting business activities, identify legal barriers and propose changes to facilitate business. Its main nonsubjective will be to simplify the taxation system, reduce bureaucracy, reduce administrative procedures and reduce operating costs. SPiR “Swajak” wishes to consult draft laws with SME representatives, assessing their impact on the economical sector and identifying possible risks. It would besides be crucial to analyse fresh national and EU regulations in terms of their compliance with the interests of tiny companies. Ultimately, entrepreneurs could make their businesses more easy in a unchangeable and predictable legal environment.
