Garbage alternatively of a job? PIP has fresh tools

The State Labour Inspectorate has fresh tools to fight fictitious self-employment and civilian law contracts concluded alternatively of employment contracts. The provisions in force since 8 July let for the conversion of an incorrect contract, work contract or B2B contract into a contract of employment.
