SINGAPORE- One of the best carriers in the world, Singapore Airlines (SQ), operates premium First Class and Suites cabins on select routes from Singapore Changi Airport (SIN), featuring two main seat types after retiring older models.
The airline serves 18 destinations with these products, using Boeing 777-300ER with 2013 First Class seats and Airbus A380 with 2017 Suites.
Schedules extend through March 2026, with updates for the northern winter season including expanded services to cities like Auckland (AKL) and Jakarta (CGK). According to Mainly Miles, changes enhance availability on key routes.

Singapore Airlines First Class Routes
Singapore Airlines adjusts its First Class and Suites distribution for the 2025/26 winter season:
- Auckland regains daily First Class on SQ285/286 flights with 2013 F seats from late October 2025, upgrading to 2017 Suites mid-January 2026.
- Dubai maintains year round First Class on SQ494/495 using 77W aircraft.
- Frankfurt sees a downgrade on SQ326/325 from A380 to 77W mid-January 2026, resulting in dual daily 2013 F operations.
- Jakarta doubles First Class flights, adding SQ962/963 and SQ968/951 with 2013 F seats.
- Shanghai upgrades SQ830/833 to A380 with 2017 Suites in February 2026.
- Sydney adds a fourth daily First Class flight on SQ241/242 in February 2026 using 77W.
Remaining Seat Types
Singapore Airlines streamlines to two premium products. The 2013 First Class seats equip Boeing 777-300ER aircraft. The 2017 Suites feature on Airbus A380s, following refits that retired the 2007 Suites and 2006 First Class cabins.
New First Class seats debut on Airbus A350 ULR and Boeing 777-9 aircraft from 2027.

These facilities enhance the ground experience for premium travelers, aligning with the exclusivity of First Class and Suites products.

Post-COVID Premium Experience
Singapore Airlines resumed First Class operations in mid-2021 after suspending them during the pandemic.
