The movie depicts Roman Rybarski's life and thought – lecturers, politician and economical visionary whose ideas inactive inspire supporters of the free marketplace and liable fiscal policy. The production combines archival, expert comments and modern visual narrative, creating an engaging image of a man who had a circumstantial prescription for the improvement of Poland.
