Rainbow Friday is the name of an action organized for respective years, which LGBT activists would like to make a tradition in Polish schools. The event is officially aimed at preventing discrimination on grounds of sexual preference or "sexual identity" (fight against alleged homophobia and transphobia) and "building the visibility of LGBT people".
Young people are acquainted with the message that homosexual tendencies and relationships between same-sex individuals are supposedly completely natural and even universal. Those who "discover" specified preferences are even encouraged to make themselves known and another students to "sociate with LGBT people".
Students besides learn that having female or male genital organs does not prejudge the anatomy of a boy or girl. More crucial is the "sexual identity", or interior subjective feeling about who you are.
Such a message has already led many young people to a tragic decision on the alleged sex change, the effects of which, especially in the event of surgical intervention, are irreversible.
In addition, the communicative with which young people meet during “Related Friday” may lead to any of them having a disconcerting effect on their own “sexual orientation” or “sexual identity” and thus disrupting their undisturbed psychosexual development.
