Despite social pressure, the GOK does not halt work on harmful “0% credit” which is only intended to deepen the housing crisis.
Credit 2% has already raised housing prices, but the government is moving on, planning to spend PLN 20 billion on 60 1000 loans, which will benefit mainly banks and developers. Housing prices increased: in Tricity by 27%, Krakow by 24%, Warsaw by 23%.
The Confederation calls on the CBA to analyse whether the government has not informally cooperated with developers and banks. We propose reducing property prices by 30% by expanding supply alternatively than artificially stimulating demand.
Time for low taxes, simplification of law and support for construction!
