Prosecutors protest! National Board of Prosecutors with members of a politicized association

In addition, it expresses its opinion on matters undertaken on its own initiative or presented by the PG, in peculiar on: legislative proposals concerning the prosecution and draft guidelines of the PG; the state and improvement of prosecutors' staff and courses of training of prosecutors; directions of action to improve the qualifications of professional prosecutors and the level of their work; candidates for the manager of the National School of Judiciary and Public Prosecutors. The NRP consists of 22 members – the National Prosecutor, PK representatives, an IPN representative, representatives elected by the assemblies of prosecutors in regional prosecutors and 5 prosecutors appointed by the lawyer General. So far, these 5 prosecutors appointed by the PG were: Czesław Kłak, Grzegorz Ocieczek, Michał Ostrowski, Beata Sobieraj-Skonieczna and Adam Zabierznek.
