Krzysztof Bosak:
– We talked about drafting amendments to the Constitution that will end the chaos in the state. Which will end the common negation of compositions of chief constitutional bodies specified as the Constitutional Court, the ultimate Court, the National Judicial Council. The Confederation proposes Constitutional Reset. Thus, by compromise, the adoption of amendments to the Constitution which must be taken into account in advance. A majority constitutionally voting on these amendments, which would choice new, non-partisan compositions of these most crucial bodies. And which would let the settlement of this dispute and reconstruct the constitutional designation of the Constitutional Court, the ultimate Court and the National Judicial Council by all political forces.
We measure the gathering as good, constructive. Mr. president has shown openness to our proposals. We We propose that a forum of lawyers be set upwhich would discuss the proposals that we present and the proposals that another parties present. Which picked up the thought of ending this dispute through amendments to the Constitution.
The president announced that if we win in setting up specified a working group, specified a forum will besides be delegated by his typical to this forum.. We treat this as a good sign. There is no uncertainty openness in the Presidential Palace to talks about the Constitutional Rest.
We will search to talk to another political parties about this. We are also, of course, curious in getting to know the proposals for amendments to the Constitution from another parties or politicians who have started talking about it. ...
Stanisław Tyszka:
– 8 years ago, there were ideas of a constitutional reset. It was an amendment I tabled in 2016. And it is our freedom, conservative, national environments that have been talking about this consistently for many years. And I am very pleased that Mr president has agreed with us present that this Constitution Reset should happen sooner or later. ...
We fear, to put it plainly, that we should not deal with actions branded, staged by another political forces. We very much want the will to scope a compromise. A constitutional compromise. And to, not necessarily in the presence of cameras, start openly talking about it. ...
