President Andrzej Duda curious in the thought of a constitutional reset

President Andrzej Duda in an interview with “Super Express” positively assessed the thought of a constitutional reset proposed by Krzysztof Bosak.

As we wrote on our portal, Krzysztof Bosak at a press conference and called on all parliamentary parties and legal groups to discuss the alleged constitutional reset. It is to be a solution to the formation of 2 authorities in Poland, i.e. the situation during which 2 major parties in Poland form their own legal order.

We are faced, perhaps, with the biggest systemic conflict, with the constitutional crisis that Poland has experienced for many years. Mistakes made during the PiS regulation period, the conflict between judicial, political and European Union institutions first caused a crack in the judicial strategy and then escalates to further state bodies. At the moment, it is besides beginning to interfere with our work as members of the Sejm. We have a situation in which judges do not recognise each other's judgments [...] What is more, we are in a situation where Members have the order of the talker of the Sejm to extinguish their mandate and we have conflicting judgments of the ultimate Court as to whether or not the decision remains in force. simply put, at the next session of the Sejm we are not certain whether the Sejm should be sitting with 460 Members, 459 or 458," said Krzysztof Bosak.

The politician asked all political formations to suspend the conflict until the Confederacy turned over a solution to the constitutional problem that would appear next week.

I call on all political forces to sit down and have a average conversation with each another about how to reconstruct the unity of the state so that this country is government and that it is law-abiding. We will present our proposals for a constitutional reset next week. Proposals to exit this mess through jointly accepted amendments to the Constitution. We believe that this is the only right-wing way at the moment, and going further into this conflict, where everyone will have their judges, their judgments, their laws and their tribunals, any in the country, others abroad, this is the way to nowhere that can only lead to a deeper conflict of society, to an even deeper conflict of state institutions and politicians, and consequently to any contention that we think we all request to avoid in Poland. due to the fact that it will simply destruct our country and destruct our average political life – said the politician.

The thought of Krzysztof Bosak was addressed by the president of Poland Andrzej Duda, during an interview for “Super Express”. At first he stated that he respected the leader of the National Movement and it is simply a good thought to "sit down and start a conversation". He stressed that the majority of Polish society wants the situation in the country to calm down. In addition, Andrzej Duda announced that he was ready to talk to Bosak and agreed to a certain formula.

I believe that those who decide on the political phase today, these leaders, should give good thought to the proposal of Marshal Bosak.

...

I'm a average politician. That's most likely why my people elected me president of the Republic twice. Which is why I say I'm ready to sit at the table. I think that's the function of the president. Sit, talk, find a solution. But it must be lawful, it must be constitutional— Andrzej Duda for “Super Express” .
