On April 15, the Supervisory Board of Elewarr announced the qualifying procedure for the position of president and Vice president of the Company. The election of president Elewarru has never met with specified media interest, due to the fact that the game is not only about the cast of the company's CEO but about its endurance in the case of the election of Daniel Alain Korona, and in the case of the other of the fall of Elewarru (de facto though not de jure).
Is the full qualifying procedure utilizing a youth language a lie? Why, that's why:
- The proceedings are to be carried out by the Supervisory Board set up in July. There would be nothing incorrect with it, but for the fact that the secondment was extended twice, that is, to a full of 9 months, while as revealed by the portal == sync, corrected by elderman == in accordance with the articles of association, doctrine and jurisprudence, it is only permissible to carry out this function for 3 months. And the same associate of the board, co-responsible for the present disastrous result, is to measure candidates for the Company's President.
- The competition announcement abolished the request of non-criminality, which is to say that a individual could become president of Elewarr. Or was the absence of that request not accidental?
- The competition proceedings and activities are to take place in the office of the National Food Group in Toruń, although the Company's office are in Warsaw and the KGB itself besides has offices in Warsaw (up to 3 floors in the building at John Paul II Street)
- The competition was possibly announced to precede the announcement of the results of the parliamentary audit concerning Elewarr, which took place in the Company and the KGB, results which may be devastating for supervision.
The “Koron” Agricultural Union has requested the authorities to revoke the supervisory board, appoint a temporary acting president and a fresh supervisory board to elect the President. So far, the Minister of State Acts has been silent about this.
