– Welcome to the Confederate press conference, a conference on diplomatic betrayal performed by Prime Minister Donald Tusk. On 7 May, the European Commission confirmed in its authoritative communication the completion of the procedure under Article 7(1) of the Treaty on European Union by adding in this communication that the Republic of Poland recognised the precedence of European Union law over its own legislation.
For us, for all common sense Poles, it simply means that Donald Tusk, as Prime Minister of the Republic of Poland has committed diplomatic treason and we are so making a notification of the anticipation of committing a crime of diplomatic betrayal to the prosecution as Prime Minister Donald Tusk, in accordance with Article 129 of the Criminal Code: Who, being authorized to act on behalf of the Republic of Poland in relations with the government of a abroad state or abroad organisation acts against the Republic of Poland is subject to imprisonment from 1 to 10 years. ...
Krystian Kamiński:
“The European Commission, in its Communication on the closure of the procedure under Article 7 on the regulation of law, besides indicated that the Polish Government recognised the superiority of EU law over Polish law. In our understanding, it is simply an act of diplomatic betrayal, due to the fact that it not only violates the Constitution, but simply undermines all judgments of the Constitutional Court. Not only those from fresh years – which are inactive questioned by the current government – but besides those from earlier years, from 2005, which clearly state that the Polish Constitution is superior!
As Poland entered the European Union, it was known that it was giving up part of the European Union's competences. But there never was a speech about giving distant all competences! Little, never said that EU law is higher than Polish legislation! This would be completely absurd and incompatible with what is in another countries! No another country operates like this.
We have judgments in another European Union countries, specified as France, Denmark, Romania, the Czech Republic, Spain or Germany, where It is said everywhere that national government is higher than EU legislation. The French Council of the States recalls in Decision 21 April 2021 that The French constitution remains the overarching legal standard of national law. The Danish ultimate Court besides says that if something is against the national constitution, then this constitution is superior. So is Romanian law.
All, all countries confirm that their interior government is higher than EU law. But with us, as always, individual has to thin forward and show that he is more European than Polish.
That's why we accuse Donald Tusk's government of diplomatic treason, and we believe that specified a thing should be decided by the prosecutor's office of whether this precedent has just occurred.
