Krzysztof Bosak:
– We will talk to the president about our thought of the Constitution Reset. I would remind you that this is an thought formulated in the erstwhile Parliamentary word by lawyers from the Confederate community, who, following the dozens of projects brought by the Law and Justice on the KRS, in the case of the TK, in the case of the ultimate Court, have come to the conclusion that no further draft law can be resolved and the constitutional respect of the most crucial judicial institutions restored. This must be done by agreeing on various political forces and adopting amendments to the Constitution.
These amendments to the Constitution would end the dispute over the constitutionality of the Constitutional Court, the National Judicial Council and the ultimate Court. But besides resulting in a further dispute over the correctness of the appointment of judges, about the anticipation of questioning the judges and judgments of each other. Stanisław Tyszka:
– We are in a situation where 2 parties to the political conflict do not recognise individual courts, judges and judicial decisions. This is simply a pathological situation. This is simply a situation where the state cannot function and this situation is increasing further. As we talk to law-practice lawyers, they say that it is impossible to function in specified anarchy, in specified legal dualism and in the face of these problems that have been going on and on for 8 years. ...
