The Confederate MP, Richard Wilk, was one more time at the centre of attention due to controversial behaviour. During the Thursday session of the Sejm, Marshal Simon Holovnia asked Mr Wilk to leave the plenary area due to his apparent indisposal.

Before the intervention of the marshal, president of the Confederate Club, Grzegorz Płaczek, tried to convince Wilk to leave the room, but unsuccessfully. Finally, on the order of Holownia, Mr Wilk was escorted from the meeting

It's not the first time Richard Wilk has been controversial with his behavior. In May, an incidental occurred in Kamionka Mała, where a MP was found by police, sitting on the roadway in an intoxicated state and blocking movement. During the intervention, officers Wilk was expected to be aggressive, insult police officers, and jerk them off, tearing off 1 of them a Pagon and a camera out of uniform

After the incident, the MP publically apologized for his behavior, explaining them with stress and emotions that “will always find an outlet but should never be like this”

In November 2024 there was another worrying incidental involving Mr Wilk. It was transported to the infirmary after medical rescue intervention in Galician Town of Nowy Sącz. According to witness reports, the politician was carrying a sharp instrument and threatened to take his own life. Police besides intervened on site

In connection with the incidental of May 2024, in early October lawyer General Adam Bodnar made a motion to the talker of the Sejm to waive the immunity of Mr Wilk. This proposal concerns violations of physical integrity and insults of police officers during intervention

The MP himself declared that he would waive immunity and apologize for his conduct by paying tribute to widows and orphans from fallen police officers
