What is the consequence of the latest poll by the Pollster investigation Institute for “Super Express”? Rafał Trzaskowski remains the leader in the presidential race, but his advantage is melting.
The survey shows not only a slight decline in support for the candidate of the Civic Coalition, but besides the increasing ranking of Karol Nawrocki, who strengthens his position as the main competitor in the fight for the Presidential Palace.
Trzaskowski can now number on 33% of the vote, which means a decrease of 1 percent point compared to the erstwhile poll. Meanwhile, Karol Nawrocki, historian and current president of the IPN, gained 25 percent of his support — a point more than before. Although the difference between the 2 top candidates is inactive 8 percent points, the trend is noticeable: Trzaskowski loses, Nawrocki gains.
The 3rd is the leader of the Confederacy, Sławomir Mentzen, who besides recorded a decrease of 1 percent point from 15 percent. Just behind the podium was the Marshal of the Sejm, Szymon Hołownia, with a score of 7% – besides lower than in the erstwhile study.
The following section of the ranking included: Adrian Zandberg (6%), Magdalena Biejat (4%), Grzegorz Braun (4%), Krzysztof Stanowski (2%) and Artur Bartoszewicz (2%). The another candidates received a full of 1% of the indications. 6% of respondents stay undecided.
The survey was followed by a debate organised by the “Super Express” on 28 April, which could affect participants' ratings. Although Rafał Trzaskowski continues to lead, the question arises whether Karol Nawrocki will be able to reduce the distance even further in the following weeks.
The results of the survey besides show that the arrangement of forces in a possible second circular may inactive change. The dynamics of the run is only getting faster, and the moods of the electorate – as the latest data shows – stay fluid.
