According to the CBOS survey, only 13 percent of Poles would like to introduce the euro in the close future.
On behalf of the Polish Press Agency, CBOS conducted the survey “Introduction of the euro in Poland”. The respondents were reminded that erstwhile Poland joined the EU 20 years ago, Poland undertook to adopt the euro and asked erstwhile we should adopt the fresh currency.
- 13 percent of respondents replied that over the next 3 years;
- 22 percent that in the next 10 years;
- 10% – even later;
- According to 49% of respondents, we should not accept the euro at all;
- 6% of the respondents answered "difficult to say".
The most opponents of the introduction of the euro are among the PiS and Confederacy voters – 75%.
The other abroad currency is only 13% of KO voters, 37% of 3rd Way and 34% of Left.
Of the undecided voters and the undecided voters, the opponents of the euro dominate besides (59 percent and 62% respectively).
