According to the latest poll, most Poles do not believe that Donald Trump will lead to peace in Ukraine in 2025. A survey by SW investigation shows that only 24.1% of respondents believe that the American president is able to end the conflict.
Survey: Unbelief in rapidly ending conflict
The respondents answered the question: “Do you think Donald Trump will be able to end the conflict in Ukraine in 2025?” The results are clear:
- 58.7% respondents replied ‘no’,
- 24.1% expressed assurance that Trump could do so,
- 17.1% she had no opinion on the matter.
Piotr Zimolzak of SW investigation indicates that skepticism grows with the age of subjects:
- Among the youngest (18-24) doubts 49%,
- Among the oldest (65+) – as many as 64%.
Moreover, among those with higher education 64% he does not believe in a peaceful solution to the conflict due to Trump, and among the population of the largest cities this percent reaches 68%.

The survey shows that Poles are careful in assessing Trump's capabilities. Despite his strong statements, most of the public do not believe in a swift end to the conflict. Will the American president surprise the skeptics? Time will tell.
