Press conference attended by Ryszard Wilk and Piotr Lisiecki, 1 in the elections to the European Parliament from the Mazovia state (district 3).
Richard Wilk:
– The National Reconstruction Plan was expected to be a programme that was expected to reconstruct the economy. Not only is it not adequate that more and more Poles are wondering whose economy to rebuild this plan, it turns out that for a part of this KPO we will organize a scrap metallic acquisition in Poland.
Focus the scrap metallic that the government has in the plan to start a surcharge strategy for the acquisition of electrical cars, note!, used.
It is simply a large danger that, for example, Germany will get free of its old electrical cars and sale them to Poles who will be more willing to buy them due to the fact that they will have a surcharge.
Electric cars are not attractive to Poles. They are not competitive, and they do not want to buy them. These cars have besides small range, they're just besides costly for them. If they were attracted to them, they would be allowed to compete in the free marketplace with combustion cars.
Not only that, we already have the announcement by the Deputy Minister of Climate Krzysztof Bolesta that 2 milestones will enter Poland. The E3G milestone, i.e. the charge on registration of combustion cars and the E4G milestone, which will be the charge for the specified possession of a combustion car.
What does that mean in practice? That means that the owners of the combustion cars will charge taxes so that individual can buy an electrical car. This is simply a very advanced hazard and we see no reason why this fragment of the KPO would rebuild our economy.
Piotr Lisiecki:
– We in the Confederacy are not opponents of technological progress. I am the best example of this due to the fact that for 4 years I have been utilizing an electrical car powered by photovoltaic panels besides owned by me. I bought both without government subsidies, exclusively on commercial terms. So I can say that after 150 000 electrical miles I have any experience in this area.
I am of the opinion, thanks to my experience, that Poles especially mediocre people, those who drive cars for PLN 5-10 thousand, should not contribute to the acquisition of costly electrical cars, should contribute to those who can afford specified a car.
The thought to pay for electrical cars, the more to pay for second-hand cars, we consider unacceptable and should not be made at all.
