– to scrap it with any “smart” legislative inserts, which have absolutely nothing to do with the subject of the specus, but the government is ashamed of them, so it throws them into the specus to die in the flood of change.

• Solutions that give more flexibility in the functioning of schools or courts in flood areas. We're going to gotta take another look at if there's any details that aren't screwed up there, but, in principle, there's a plus.
• 1000 PLN random allowance, i.e. a curiosal “grant allowance”, only to those who have already received a peculiar intent allowance. Why a separate allowance and a separate procedure? If we're going at all in specified a tiny way, don't just rise the benefit by PLN 1000 for all kid of school age? Multiplying bureaucracy to a minus.
• intellectual assistance to NFZ without referral. In a country where the average waiting time for a scientist at NFZ is 119 days. specified “help to floods” is the modern equivalent of green grass painting. Negative.
• I creme de la creme flood specula, i.e.... liquidation of the program “Labtop for student”. Not for flood sites, just for the full country. What, where, how, why now, why here? In general, I am even in favour of eliminating this bullshit program – but specified things are not done with a flood special! Triple minus!
