Hong Kong's first five-year plan is to strengthen the improvement of global centres and talent hubs

John Lee, head of Hong Kong administration, announced a five-year plan (2026-2030) for city improvement as an global financial center and hub of highly skilled talent. Hong Kong intends to strengthen its competitiveness by developing financial infrastructure, attracting capital and talent and expanding air connections.
