The proceedings between Poland and Pfizer take place before a court in Brussels in accordance with Belgian procedures. Poland has a procedural replacement, which is performed by a law firm in Poland. Pfizer requests Poland to comply with the signed contract for the acquisition and transportation of vaccines against C-19.

Pfizer demands from Poland... 5 644 290 747 PLN!!! That is over 5 billion PLN!!! In addition, if we lose the dispute with Pfizer, there will be advanced interest, court costs and the costs of the trial replacement. The Polish payer will pay for everything! The guilty should be pointed out and prosecuted for treason and exposing Poland's interest to billions of losses!!! Period. As a Confederate Member, I do not quit the fight for justice.
