The parties confused the mandate to regulation with the deed

This is the country where the parties have confused the mandate with the deed.

I am looking at the situation at the Constitutional Court and I see the consequences of years of appropriation, of bending the law and of convincing citizens that they are free to do more. due to the fact that they're fighting the others.

I'll explain as a teacher. Imagine a school where the chief breaks the rules, protects his own and treats the facility like a private farm. A fresh squad comes in, announces order, and then says: “The procedures limit us. First we will take the office, then we will deal with the regulations." What do children learn? That rules are for the weak. That all you gotta do is declare yourself the good guy to justify your own actions. That justice means the triumph of your group.
The directorate has changed. A lesson of contempt for the rules has remained.

The erstwhile chief needs to be accounted for. It's incorrect to fix. Reestablish fair rules. But his violations do not give the successor the right to another.

It's precisely the same with you. The Law and Justice will not wash distant its work by shouting the word “Constitution” today. KO does not receive immunity for its own actions, repeating the word “lawfulness”.
The regulation of law cannot be corrected by lawlessness. Power does not replace the legal basis. Earlier violations are not a licence for another. The right to direct an institution must be governed by rules and procedures. The scream, the crowd or the police cordon won't settle it.

PiS or KO – the appropriation of a state is the same evil. Partial colors do not change the assessment of the action.

Additional tragedy adds a term. It's the time we go to the graves of our loved ones. We light candles. We go back to people we can't hug anymore. We request a minute of silence, reflection and closeness. Even this time is poisoned by political war.
This is how polarization works – we should halt asking if something is lawful. We're here to see if they did it "ours."

I refuse to accept specified a lesson.

The most crucial thing about school is the student. In the country, a citizen. The Court is to defend our rights, including those who are absolutely convinced of their own right.

No organization owns Poland. None.
