The constitution begins with a quoted word. Yes, the preamble is written on verses. The beginning of the first conviction of baroque poetics is: “In the interests of the existence and future of our Homeland, / having regained the anticipation in 1989 of sovereign and democratic establishing its fate, / we, the Nation of Poland – all citizens of the Republic, / both believers in God / as a origin of truth, justice, goodness and beauty, / and not sharing this faith, / and these universal values derived from another sources...”.
After many adventures, the conviction ends with "...we establish the Constitution of the Republic of Poland / as fundamental rights for the state, / based on respect for freedom and justice, cooperation of authorities, social dialog and on the rule of subsidiarity strengthening the powers of citizens and their communities". In the first chapter we find a message already written in prose: “Constitution is the highest law of the Republic of Poland”.
That there is nothing about me in the Constitution, although it is there on my behalf, is understood by the words “we, the Nation of Poland – all citizens...”. erstwhile the sign of equality is placed between the people and citizens, the constitution deals only with the latter, not curious in people at all. Meanwhile, "basic rights for the state", "civil rights" do not apply to me either (because I have never "signed up" a national of the state), nor do I request them for my happiness. It would be adequate if the authorities – state or non-state – did not violate Human Rights.
What is the law in general, what is the meaning of this provision, from which, apart from the desire for power, the human request comes? The answer is amazingly simple. The request to clarify and warrant the only law in force: the work on all people to do the same good as the ban on doing evil. The Constitution besides recognises this right as universal, since it assumes that all individual of Polish nationality and all citizen of the Polish state respects truth, justice, good and beauty. However, as sources of law in Poland, it does not indicate these universal values, but itself. The grasshopper discovers that he can jump, and proclaims himself a tiger.
Immanently there are natural laws in the human world, understood by themselves, without justification and without negation, due to the fact that irrefutable, by any legal system. These are laws of nature, laws of logic and moral laws. It must not be a law contrary to them and it cannot be done effectively – trying to establish specified a law always acts unlawfully, even if they legalize it. In fact, the "determination" of rights is simply a confirmation, awareness and clarification of the law and so commonly applicable.
Natural rights arise Human Rights. Humanity en bloc She remembers them after the large disasters that she causes. The Polish state inactive stands proudly alongside Saudi Arabia, Czechoslovakia, Honduras, Yemen, Yugoslavia, South Africa and the russian Union in a number of 8 states that the 1948 Universal Declaration of Human Rights did not recognise (although and did not argue it). This fact has only symbolic significance, it is 1 of those which is worth taking into account on the statutory plaque bolted to the Polish state. The sense of Freedom, the law most frequently violated, is common to all people, and the desire for Freedom to all beings, so its value, as obvious, even undecided, does not cease to apply. The universal pronunciation of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights even caused its provisions to apply as a common law.
From scratch, “again” is only the law of order, specified as traffic law, but this can only be done in the service of good. In the meantime, reasonable and honest conduct all decision is treated in Polish law as an offence. The fundamental drawback of the legal strategy in force in the Polish country is that it has been created and expanded, having respect primarily to criminals and idiots, not to the destiny of honest and wise people. Thus the full nation is forced to equation down, to act according to standards created for its most vile individuals.
The more ruthless the law is, the more full the state becomes. This tonnage results in depriving the alleged citizens of the anticipation of a fair and happy life in harmony with themselves. The content of human life is what should be its framework. Collective hysteria accompanying all "elections" in the polarization of social life is simply a consequence of this.
Why didn't I always take part in any elections? due to the fact that I know that indirect democracy, a creation as logical as a dry swimming pool or distant caresses, is simply a device of the planet to extort legitimacy for power. It is no coincidence that a large part of the “electers” admits that they choose “smaller evil”. A strategy that, in order to justify itself, must indicate good as the intent of its existence, in practice prevents the choice of good. And while you're always choosing the lesser evil, it's been strangely long before you can halt his progress.
Since the full legal strategy is based on the simple rule of doing good, the strategy itself could besides be rather simple, even erstwhile it was expanded. However, simple application of simple rules would make breaking them visible even to simple people, and this power is afraid like a priest of unholy soap. "The state's waste is known by the multiplication of law" (Tacit). For many years Poland has been the European leader in law production and could indeed export its bubles to banana republics. global audit and advisory organization Grant Thornton global Ltd. in its 2015 study calculated that Poland produces 56 (fifty-six!) times more legal acts than Sweden, 26 times more than the German order loving above all else. I did not find newer comparative data of this kind, but it is known that in 2023 Polish lawmakers broke more legal acts than in 2015. Newest Right barometer, a study of the Polish branch of Grant Thornton of 2024, states: "If individual wanted to keep track of all changes in law, in 2023 he would gotta spend 2 hours and 34 minutes each working day just reading legal acts (with optimistic presumption that 2 minutes are needed to read 1 side of the legal act" and "To learn the meaning of the recently adopted legislation, the entrepreneur or average citizen would gotta theoretically read the texts of uniform legal acts, and this would require another fewer or even respective hours a day."
Now it is adequate to add to this a sacred, inviolable, and even more easy used, though a blatantly outdated paremy Ignorantia legis non excusatAnd the image of the dream state of all power will be full: they can plant anyone and he'll never really know for what. Let us celebrate in this place the deeper than usual incision of the paragraph memory of Optimus Roman Kluski.
Incredibly complicated and inconsistent, but inconsistency conceals, among another things, this excess, the network of laws imposed upon us by violence, causes each of us to finance the harm done by the state and him and another people. There are thousands of examples, I could remember for certain a fewer hundred, any of which I hope to describe in these pages. They will trust on the communicative of how the state, imposing citizenship on people, makes them slaves. At the same time, I intend to train you in the field of self-repair, through the polite usage of his current president.
In advance of the stupidest of possible and favourite question by the servants of power to divert attention from the heart of the matter, I explain that I did not obey you either before the elections or after the elections. I did not do this either on the eve of Russia's aggression against Poland or before any holidays. I did it on the day I felt a strong desire for it. On the 3rd anniversary of Russia's invasion of Ukraine. On the tenth anniversary of being denied assistance by the minister of justice and the ombudsman, to whom I turned for deficiency of a spokesperson for human rights. As shortly as I could, after the current authorities of the Polish state announced that they were going to claim the Human Rights.
* * Oh, * *
I'm leaving.
I said it at rehearsal, and now I have to.
The road has turned into a culvert among fences,
But the oldest 1 comes back to me with emotion.
Nothing of a kind.
That I'm alone, like myself, the remainder of the world, fuck you.
That landscapes are conspiring against me,
I'm gonna die on the horizon.
Everything here is hidden, killings, both dreams.
Freedom scares children rather seriously.
The last stray dogs were caught because
the suitability criterion is the only criterion.
My pass is empty, nothing in all box.

under local and state anesthesia.
I know the law my way, according to the stars.
My only chance is to be in constant motion.
The wind pours into this and that time.
It bloats the sails of eunuchs, sways the bodies of commies.
The worst wind for the surviving is the penetrating wind.
My years number from May to May.
The worst kind of man is the 1 who's utilized to it.
Who told me I was allowed to get utilized to it?
A dog must be a bad dog to be useful.

The safety glut is rocking under the ledge.
Watch me go.
