When the Law and Justice introduced those shameful changes that pulled our country distant from the regulation of law and democracy, there was no Left in the Sejm at the time. We were on the streets with people. We protested against these changes.
Remember the celebrated organization projector together? He was to remind the then Prime Minister Beata Szydło of what the constitution is, what she should be guided by as Prime Minister and that she should carry out her tasks, print the judgments of the Constitutional Court.
Wednesday a debate will be held on the resolution on changes in the Constitutional Tribunal. Citizens deserve to have a "Constitutional Court" that full performs its constitutional tasks.
We propose a package of solutions, which consists of 4 legal acts:
draft resolution of the Sejm on a comprehensive improvement of the Constitutional Tribunal;
Draft Act on the Constitutional Tribunal (Rules on the Functioning);
provisions introducing the Constitutional Tribunal Act (implementation of the Act);
Amendment of the Constitution in the context of the functioning of the CCC and introduction of the rule of direct application of the Constitution by universal courts.
The certainty of the law must be crucial to each of us, due to the fact that each of us can face this by being a organization to the proceedings. The Left will stand up for the regulation of law and bring democracy back with our partners.
The alleged judgments of the Court of Mrs. This resolution, which I hope will be adopted by the Sejm, states that this conviction concerning abortion, which led to the death of at least a fewer women in Poland, will be regarded as having a legal defect, or non-binding one.
The left will always be on the women's side. And the actual Constitutional Court must uphold these rights.
