Instead of epic events of a truly supernatural nature, we, people, receive state-sponsored secret actions or operations developed by intelligence agencies, troops and government leaders, as well as powerfully supported by propaganda information empires.

Of course, hundreds to thousands of years ago it was the spiritual leaders who created propaganda and convinced the naive that it was their supernatural bland leader who decided how events were to unfold.

Instead, these intellectual creations of creatures, the chtonic powers worked then to counter the powerful threats here and now on the planet Earth. Wearing an amulet or akin symbol is simply a kind of mild version of this phenomenon.

Another "apotropaic" creature occurs worldwide as an almost universal mythological figure in legends of Europe, Asia, Africa, both Americas and Australia. The dragon stories developed independently, but frequently depicted colossal reptiles, like snakes or winged, scaly reptiles, which embodyed powerful forces of nature, symbolizing both divine wisdom and destructive evil.

Being condemned for political views or political rebellion is not very different from the situation where, late in America, any democratic legislators have claimed that military members have a work to disobey an illegal order; however, they were condemned as rebels and threatened with punishment.

The "biblical" communicative of fallen angels is in fact an anthropological communicative about various political factions competing for power in a given society, which yet leads to civilian war. This human tendency is then transferred to supernatural beings.

Is that not how the real planet works — people are conditioned and indoctrinated to believe all lies as expected truth? And sometimes actual heroes are treated as villains and punished accordingly.
