The taxation will be paid by anyone who heats the home with coal or gas. According to CEEB data, 7 million heat sources are registered for coal or gas in Poland. So we have a deep crisis of fresh fees.

The ETS2 will be costly from the beginning. The bills for heating a tiny home of 100 sqm can increase by 300 PLN in the case of gas and by 1000 PLN in the case of coal. This taxation is expected to gradually increase, and in 2040 it may amount to PLN 2900 in the case of gas and PLN 10000 in the case of coal. It's impossible for many families. In addition, it should be pointed out that water heating and food preparation prices will besides increase.
However, this is not about the end of bad information. The ETS2 will besides increase fuel prices. Initially, the increases will be around 20-35 gr per litre, but in 2040 diesel prices can scope as much as 3.40 PLN.
It could all happen, but it doesn't have to. It all depends on whether we can break the monopoly of the rotational governments of the Law and the Law and Justice Party, which let it all. The Confederation will reject the ETS2 regardless of the opinion of the Eurocrats from Brussels!
