The thing is, the president of the Law and Justices knows precisely what's going on and how it's going to end. Adam Bodnar has the right to supervise any investigation and anyone is able to lead in any direction. So it is certain that next day he will emergence and set the sun, and nothing will come of the coup proceedings. Only exceptionally naive people can anticipate an indictment, not to mention a court sentence. For now we have a political theatre, but this does not mean that after the change of power Donald Tusk and many of the current rulers will not play ping-pong in the prison hall. Donald Tusk's very tense reaction to play political opponents, it shows that Tusk is full aware of what might be waiting for him in the future.
