Like France, do we have a problem with organising and implementing deportation decisions against illegal immigrants?
Here 1 example: Senegalczyk who made water at a swimming pool in Katowice was stopped in 2023. He did not cooperate with the services, behaved obscenely, stayed in Poland illegally. He got a decision to leave Poland and... he was released. That's what procedures are now.
I know this not only from this article, but from the administration. Illegal immigrants are not automatically deported from Poland. Our country makes decisions about them and trusts them to do it themselves. That's not news. The case of this Senegalese started erstwhile the minister was Mariusz Kamiński.
It may be that specified illegal immigrants are repeatedly detained and only 1 time the deportation procedure is launched. That was the case with this Senegalese guy. Almost a year after his first arrest, he was detained again and yet the Border defender put him on a plane and sent him back to Africa. For a year, this guy was inactive surviving illegally among us, and he was getting his needs in the children's baths, due to the fact that YES, WE'VE SET UP PROCEDURES.
I leave this to think about both supporters and opponents of mass, uncontrolled and alien civilization immigration.
