Negro standards in Lublin

As determined by the investigators, on 11 November 2022 in the flat of 1 of the tenement houses at Narutowicza Street, Thasibo S. attacked his partner. A 25-year-old black man was expected to beat her up and then decision on her with a knife. A young woman, as the prosecutor pointed out, was saving herself by jumping through a window from the second floor. Thasibo S. was charged with attempted murder.

On Wednesday before the Lublin territory Court, explanations were submitted by the victim. At the time, she was 19, inactive studying in Lublin. erstwhile the incidental with Thasibo S. occurred, they were a couple with a short stint – they had been dating for a month. A man occasionally slept in a rented apartment. She admitted that the accused frequently drank alcohol, and sometimes came to her flat completely drunk.

We were at my place on November 10th. In the evening, the suspect arranged to leave with his colleagues. I was going out with my friends, too. I went back to my flat with a friend, drinking alcohol. I was drunk and I fell asleep. The suspect tried to call me, but I was asleep. First thing in the morning, about six o'clock, he started knocking on the door. – she reported events on Wednesday in court, via an English language translator.

Finally, a female opened the door. It was a mistake. – He saw my friend and started hitting him. I yet managed to separate them. My friend left, and I wanted to explain to the suspect what happened. It didn't work. He started hitting me. I can't tell you how long it lasted. He beat me with his hands and then took a bottle of vodka and hit me in the head with it. The bottle broke. I wanted to leave, but I couldn't escape due to the fact that he dragged me back to his apartment, locked the door and started beating again. – mentioned the victim in court.

According to the victim's account, at 1 point Thasibo S. grabbed a fork and ran for it. Finally, he was expected to scope for a kitchen knife. – I had no uncertainty that he would stab me. He came close me, he was about to scope out. The window's been lifted. I opened them up and jumped out. He shouted to me, “Today I will teach you a lesson. You're like another girls. I will kill you!” She added. – I only woke up at the hospital. She stressed.

The fall from the tallness of the second level resulted in many fractures, including pelvic bones and chest damage.

During the hearings during the investigation, the Zimbabwean did not plead guilty to the charge. He denied hitting his partner. According to him, a female tried to jump out of a window twice due to the fact that he told her she was breaking up with her. He argued that he pulled her distant from the window, then they fell to the floor, the female fell on the table, and it was then that she unfortunately injured herself with a glass bottle to the head.

It is not known how he reacted to the charge in the court, due to the fact that the court, at the request of his attorney, partially excluded the transparency of the trial. Media representatives had to leave the courtroom during his explanations.

The end reached the pre-designated period of provisional arrest of Thasibo S. The prosecutor requested that Zimbabwean stay behind bars be extended. Another conviction was a black defender. lawyer Michalina Szymanek proposed that the arrest be replaced with police supervision, passport retention and property warrant of PLN 10,000. The court refused to do so.

Initially, Tchasibo S. heard the charge of attempted murder. He was even facing life. The accused, however, did not at first admit to the actions he was accused of. He claimed that his intention was not to execution a girl, but to approach her, he simply wanted to draw her distant from the window. After examining the case, the Lublin territory Court changed its decision.

– The court somewhat changed the description of the act, moving distant from the charge that the prosecutor put in the indictment. The court did not accept that the suspect was going to take the victim's life. The court takes the view that the defendant's top intention was to harm her body – said Justice Piotr Łagun during the verdict.

Tchasibo S. was yet sentenced to 4 years in prison. The injured must besides pay a bond of PLN 10 thousand. He was sentenced to 2 years in prison.

OUR COMMENTS: In the West it is akin – courts believe black and arabian defendants, after which they give them ridiculously low sentences for rapes, thefts, beatings and murders. It's different about possible white crime. Then there is no discount tariff.
