The actual hell of women – the hell of utmost individualism, where everyone is to invent everything, including the pattern of beauty and the mark appearance of his own body, and the criteria for building his own self-esteem.

Of course, my heart will always be on the side of natural beauty and moderation in giving in to diets, exercises and treatments (regarding full freedom to another choices).

When it comes to social media, the press, tv and alleged beauty patterns, it is best to laughter as much as possible. Do not take this kaleidoscope of vanity and falsehood besides seriously.

The most beautiful is smile, kindness, good heart, joy, openness to others and interior peace. A flash in the eye and a minute of attention, selflessly devoted to others. Not makeup, weight and dimensions.

When it comes to the opinion of people, it is worth having quite a few distance to it and to number on the opinion of fewer – those whom we consider to be valuable and whose opinion truly matters to us.

From the point of view of pairing, it is always worth emphasizing that no female has to like all men. All you gotta do is like 1 who loves her. Similarly, I think it works the another way around. Young men are besides under different pressures, but it may be a small easier to deal with. possibly not at all, but that's for a separate article.

PS The relation with God perfectly organizes all these matters. He likes it – it's worth the effort.
