Few people tell us how to join or establish a union.
This is not mentioned in schools, in college, and most of us (at least part of our lives) will be employees. We know how to start a company, but we don't know how to join a union. Yet, we should know our rights and know what we can do erstwhile we feel that the employer is violating regulations.
Young people who enter the labour marketplace are left to themselves – they frequently do not know the difference between a civil-law contract and a contract of employment. Yet, each of us should know how to defend ourselves against garbage, exploitation, or who to turn to erstwhile workers' rights are violated.
That is why I came up with the thought of a series of meetings for young people called “You have the right” and together with Agnieszka Dziemianowicz-Bąk and with the support of @CentralaOPZZ we started this project!
Today we met with young people in Sosnowiec. We were in Lublin before. We can come to your city for another meeting!
