The fall of state institutions is spoken of everywhere and, of course, the directions of these sharp reviews are painfully predictable, at the same time asymmetric. The current ruling coalition is simply a decisive leader not only in criticism but besides in questioning institutions specified as the Constitutional Court, the National Judiciary Council, Chamber of Control Extraordinary and Public Affairs. In turn, the Law and Justice, as the largest opposition party, does not in rule question institutions as such, but it undermines their individual compositions, and this is the case for most courts and the ultimate Chamber of Control.
Historically speaking, the government and PiS politicians worked hard to guarantee that the NIK was headed by the Iron Marian, or Marian Banas, and even harder to make Banas their mortal enemy. erstwhile Marian Banas headed the NIK with the vote of the then ruling organization in 2019, there was no indication of what we see today. There is no request to hide that Banas was selected from the organization key and this is unfortunately a norm in Poland, but things rapidly changed for politicians who thought they had a man in office.
TVN24 station known for its notorious right-wing attack and protection of left-liberal environments, produced a study on the Banasi family. (...)I perceive the material as an effort to manipulate, defame and undermine not only my person's good name but besides the institutions which I have led. Due to false information, I'm going to point the case at the courts.
The full case besides hit Jakub Banas, the boy of the NIK chief, due to the fact that in 2016 the building was secured to pay the bank debt of PLN 2.5 million. This debt was granted to a company co-owned by Jakub Banas. Under force of criticism, PiS first defended Banasia, but rapidly bent and demanded his resignation. erstwhile Marian Banas powerfully refused, a fierce war began between his allies and what was interesting, the president of NIK immediately became TVN24's favorite. It has been 5 years, and emotions have inactive not subsided and virtually all major NIK controls are beating in the PiS, at the same time Banaś himself does not hide the satisfaction of his revenge and he gladly tells about it in the media.
A fresh study on the alleged "visa scandal" has not yet been published, but the favorable media squad has already reached its content and replicated the legend by 366,000 illegal immigrants. This is happening under certain political conditions, in which Donald Tusk tries to dispel his own words about "unwarming predictions", while the state services are incapable to state the number of casualties and missing during the flood.
And it would all be a good script for a sensational or comedy film, if it wasn't for the fact that 1 of the most crucial state institutions became the individual tool for her boss's revenge.
