From 1990 until 1999, Jurgiel was a associate of the Center Agreement, in 2001 joined the Law and Justice, but this adventure had just ended! What happened? Today, Jurgiel's message appeared in the media, in which this experienced politician throws organization card, after 23 years of membership.
The last days – especially sad for me personally – revealed how the group that was formed more than 30 years ago in the context of the pathology of the political life of that time changed. so with pain and regret, but according to my conscience I leave the organization of the Law and Justice. Until the organization authorities realize this, they will not regain the assurance of most voters. In order to gain a social mandate, the Law and Justice Office must return to its roots – programme work, discussion inside its own camp, beginning to different environments, listening to its activists. (...) This message reflects the deficiency of acceptance of standards of conduct in the Law and Justice Party, which I can no longer accept.
After the parliamentary and local elections in PiS, many shufflings took place, the position was lost by longtime associate of Kaczyński and head of Warsaw structures Krzysztof Sobolewski. Another Europse of PiS, Grzegorz Tobiszewski, was besides suspended due to the fact that he was going to bully his family. There's quite a few evidence that the party's inactive going to last for a while. And I don't think that's the last resignation or suspension in the party.
