This time a violent man armed with a cleaver attacked a pro-life foundation volunteer and threatened to die during a street news run under the abortion center in Oleśnica. The activist was overpowered by the police in time.
Lewak attacked the cleaver of the Polish prolaifer. Yesterday on 20 June, volunteers of the Pro-Right to Life Foundation organized an information run to inform against the consequences of abortion. Around 1:00 p.m. before entering the hospital, there was an aggressive activist of the far left who approached the Foundation's car and began threatening Adam, the action coordinator. In vulgar words, he besides insulted another volunteers.
At 1 point, a lefty struck the windshield with his fist, smashing it. Volunteer moved the car and called the police. At this point, the attacker pulled out a cleaver and began threatening to kill him. Fortunately, at the right time, police came to the scene and utilized force against the aggressor and knocked out his weapon. The lion was overpowered and detained.
– We have repeatedly informed about the persecution of our Foundation, whose perpetrators are surrounded by a protective umbrella and enjoy privileges with politicians, services, justice and editorial media. Assaults, attacks, beatings, arsons, threats directed towards us – the eyes are turned on, and those doing specified acts are treated leniently.
This dares others to increasingly aggressive attacks. Our awareness-changing and life-saving actions are always peaceful. Our weapon is fact and prayer to halt abortion and convert abortionists.
These actions face terror, aggression, force and hatred. We are besides being silenced by administrative methods, by further prohibitions of assembly and court proceedings. We will work further on the streets of cities across Poland to change Poles' awareness of abortion and awaken Poles' consciences, due to the fact that indifference to the execution of the weakest means joint responsibility.”
