A bloody toll in Sudan. Fights for country domination are intensifying

300 people – at least that much died in the attack of the Fast Support Force on the city of Al-Nahud in southwest Sudan. The militia have been trying to overthrow government power since mid-April. 21 children and 15 women were killed in the attack.

The Sudan Doctors Network (SDN) informed on Friday about more than 100 deaths of fighting from Thursday to Friday. On Saturday, the Sudanese National Committee on Human Rights confirmed the data provided by the Ministry of abroad Affairs, reserving that there could be more victims due to the fact that RSF militants prohibited residents from leaving their homes, cutting them off from aid.

According to the Sudanese human rights organization, RSF plundered the city's medical supplies, local fairs, and hospital.

The RSF did not comment on these reports. On Friday they only reported that they took control of Al-Nahud after clashing with government forces.

Sudanese NGOs have called on the global community to put force on all sides of the conflict to guarantee civilians safely leave the conflict zones.
