There is no specified power that its reality is not yet guaranteed by the anticipation of exerting pressure, resulting in a return disturbed by the opposition of balance to the condition expected by the holder of the given kind of empire.
Let's take a look at these things. The economical authority, i.e. the performance by subordinates of production, trade or services obligations, is based on the hazard of failure of means of living, or at least a crucial simplification in them and even a slight deterioration in economical status. Even parental power can besides be brought to intellectual relations between parents and children; the prestige of the former, the right to various unpleasant sanctions – in case of disobedience. There is besides a immense area of power called spiritual.
Today, it is simply a powerful influence of propaganda pressure, a tool with large power of destruction. They find the prevailing norms of behaviour in communities, find what is right and what is wrong; they indicate who is the enemy and who is the friend. To specified an degree that they can stir up the social atmosphere, that average good people turn into bloodthirsty beasts. Let's look at the UPA story. Above all, there are 2 more fundamental and comprehensive systems of rule. It's spiritual power and political power. In this text let us skip the erstwhile (about it another time), and let us keep our attention to political power. Although in reality, they act together and 1 without the another cannot do anything. Especially the erstwhile without the latter, but besides the political power without even the spiritual assistance becomes grotesque. In the death of religion, it is necessarily replaced by ideology. The political power, even if built up with the most effective ideology, yet without its force factor, would have only an operetta. This morally sanctioned right to usage force is its real attribute.
It should be added that this is so essential that the dominant spiritual community, too, is sanctioned by this mandate to usage force. Including the right to death. It does not substance that the death punishment in criminal law has been formally abolished. However, this is not an absolute prohibition. Like in the law of war. The authority to defend itself, acting in a state of higher necessity, is besides related to this. It might even be accepted that without the right to deprive the people under the law of power, societies would vanish and human groups would turn into the wildest hordes in which even cannibalistic practices would yet return.
Moreover, all another types of power would disappear, as the dominant right would be to let rebellion. Thus, a widespread war, all with all, or the end of the world, would be heated! In a word political governments are a necessity. It could be said that they belong to the essence of humanity. Without them men become animals. This text should not be read as a filipika against different types of power, and political in particular. From an anthropological point of view, all man wants to rule, and if this is not possible for various reasons, he submits to the “jarz” of different types of government. Otherwise, he would be a beast! And those – after all – are few...
