The situation in the Constitutional Tribunal in Poland is deepening as a consequence of the conflict between president Karol Nawrocki and president Bogdan Święczkowski. The president refused to take his oath from 4 judges elected by the Sejm, resulting in paralysis of the Court and financial problems. The D.A. is investigating suspicions of aiding and abetting the president's surroundings. In addition, 2 TK employees have been charged with obstructing fresh judges. The full situation points to a deep organization crisis where the deficiency of designation of competence becomes the norm.
