– Thousands of Polish entrepreneurs, after announcements and promises of the government, hoped that ZUS would aid them. But they did not anticipate him to aid go down.
Mr Adam Abramowicz, a spokesperson for tiny and average Enterprises, says that ZUS refuses Polish companies to benefit from the relief in the form of “small ZUS”, i.e. to pay smaller contributions to ZUS. Since ZUS claims that people who benefited from the tiny ZUS Plus relief can benefit from this relief only in the years 2019-2021. The SME spokesperson has the other position. He claims that the 60-month period was exhausted in December of the year that passed. And these entrepreneurs can benefit from this relief in January of this year. If ZUS continues in its position, it will end in disaster. due to the fact that many people operating tiny and micro businesses, employed on B2B, will gotta pay much higher, due to the fact that 3 times higher contributions than on a tiny ZUS. Or they will gotta shut down their business, unfortunately.
Time limits are very crucial here. Since people who would like to benefit from this relief or effort to assert their rights later must effectively apply to ZUS by the end of January. As we learn from the Ombudsman, the ZUS makes it hard for them to stand up to these people. due to the fact that the PUE ZUS portal, erstwhile we want to apply there, throws out a critical mistake and the ZUS hotline states that these entrepreneurs cannot benefit from it.
The SME spokesperson announced that he would launch trials against ZUS on behalf of all the entrepreneurs who applied for it in order to get their rights.
We had a promise that we would have a voluntary ZUS. Unfortunately, there will be no voluntary ZUS. And the government decided to fondly compare entrepreneurs to children at school and said they would leave them a vacation. And he expected people to respond enthusiastically to these promises. It turns out it's not, due to the fact that it's a 1/12 promise to be. Not much if we decision to this “school” ground. It is not adequate that there is no voluntary ZUS, we have this holiday, if we take that ZUS will not let people benefit from this relief it is these “students”, as the government now calls entrepreneurs, not only that they will not have any holidays, they will, colloquially speaking, go to “school” on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. due to the fact that they'll gotta pay a lot, a lot more.
As a Confederate, we will fight together with the SME Ombudsman so that entrepreneurs can proceed to benefit from the tiny ZUS relief from January this year.
