Another example of the PiS assassination on private property

– This amendment is another example of the PiS bombing on private property. At the same time, deep proof of the very mediocre quality of the law in Poland. The Minister of Climate and Environment will besides be able to suspend any investment on private parcels if he considers that the alleged strategical deposits of natural materials are under it.
According to the legal definition, “a strategical deposit is simply a deposit of minerals, which is subject to peculiar legal protection due to its importance for the economy and safety of the country”. This is simply a very vague definition, due to the fact that we have a mention to the “mine deposit”. Another legal definition under this law: “a deposit of minerals is simply a natural accumulation of minerals of rocks and another substances that can benefit the economy.” There is so another word for “other substances”. Therefore, the Minister may consider that the extraction of any substance may bring an economical advantage and this may be attracted to strategical deposits.

"Unfortunately, in the state of the Law and the Law, this raises very serious concerns about the abuse of this law. It gives emergence to concerns about possible corruption space. What should be stressed: There will be no appeal against the Minister's decision! So there's a violation of the duality principle. another regulations are besides violated. There will be no compensation for specified a private property owner.

– The Confederate defends common sense, national interest, but besides defends the property of Poles. We are in favour of protecting strategical deposits. But you can't build laws that give emergence to very serious opportunities for abuse against private property.
